How to Use:
1. Choose an affirmation card per day that you feel drawn to. Think of your Affirmation card as a message from God for that day and focus on it throughout the day.Â
2. Pull 1-3 cards to display for a week or more. Place it somewhere that you’ll be able to see often and gently affirm the messages to yourself.Â
3. Pin the affirmations cards that resonate with you the most or would spark the change you want to see and feel on your vision board. You can change them up anytime.
4. Stick a few to your mirror, look yourself back in the eyes and say it out loud until it feels natural.
